Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Place the Huepar device and all included accessories back into the original box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Service Centre

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized UK courier location.
